Terms of Service for InkHeart

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to InkHeart! By accessing or using the InkHeart mobile application (“App,” “Service,” or “InkHeart”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

InkHeart is a mobile reading application that provides access to novels and fiction content. Users can:

• Read books and chapters
• Unlock premium content using in-app coins or subscriptions
• Subscribe to membership plans for unlimited access
• Track reading progress and manage their library

3. Eligibility

Age Requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use InkHeart.
• Users between 13-17 must have parental or guardian consent.
• By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities - You may NOT:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share or resell your account access
• Circumvent payment systems or unlock mechanisms

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through InkHeart, including books, novels, stories, text, images, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks is owned by InkHeart or our content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read content for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Virtual Currency (Coins):

• Coins are virtual currency used to unlock chapters
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
• Coins are non-refundable once purchased
• Unused coins do not expire but have no monetary value

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You will be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

To Cancel:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → InkHeart → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → InkHeart → Cancel Subscription

7. Free Content and Trials

• Chapters 1-4 of each book are free to all users
• Promotional free content may be offered at our discretion
• Free trials (if offered) are available once per user

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Fail to pay for services

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
